The Problem

Kitchen Makeovers is a kitchen cabinet refinishing based out of Vancouver, BC and when we started working with them they had a big problem… They relied heavily on home shows for leads and were doing awesome but when COVID hit and all home shows were canceled, they were left in a tight spot.

They needed digital marketing to work fast, or it would likely result in layoffs and downsizing. Although they were doing some digital marketing, social media was bringing in virtually no leads, and they weren’t sure if their Google Ads were working due to a lack of proper tracking to see the ROI and identify where the leads were coming from.

The Solution

Kitchen Makeovers needed clarity on what marketing was working and what wasn’t. We installed proper lead tracking so we can see exactly where all leads and sales are coming from. Most companies can’t actually tell you which specific contact came from which specific lead source (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, SEO), so they never truly know if their money is being wasted or not.

With our advanced software automation system, we can track all of this, right down to the specific ad they clicked on to buy. The second thing we did was turn on Facebook and Instagram ads.

We quickly got them acquiring customers from both channels—Facebook, Instagram, and Google—and their sales and profits increased dramatically. We then later added Bing and email which also worked to get them more customers. We also helped coach them on creating a high converting video commercial that dramatically dropped their cost per lead.
