These terms govern your use of bookedandbuilt.net and the services provided by Booked & Built, operated by Method Marketing Ltd, 365 Waterfront Crescent 115, Victoria, BC V8T 0A6, Canada. By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms.

Our services

Booked & Built provides marketing and lead-generation services for builders and construction businesses. Any proposal, quote, or scope of work we provide forms part of the agreement between us and takes precedence over these general terms where they conflict.

Using our website

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unsolicited communications. We may change or withdraw parts of the site at any time.

Enquiries and bookings

When you submit a form or book a consultation, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. We will use it to respond to you as described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS Terms of Service

1. Programme description. Booked & Built sends appointment scheduling, confirmation, reminder, and follow-up messages to people who have opted in through a form on our website or a Facebook lead form.
2. How to opt in. You opt in by submitting an enquiry or download form and ticking the consent checkbox indicating you agree to receive text messages from us. You may also text START to our number to resubscribe.
3. Messages you may receive. Replies to your enquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up about the services you asked about.
4. Message frequency. Message frequency varies, typically around 2–6 messages per enquiry.
5. Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Booked & Built does not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
6. How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive a single confirmation message and will not receive further messages.
7. How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, email roshan@methodmarketing.co, or call +1 250-818-1088.
8. Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Supported carriers. Messaging is supported on major carriers, though delivery is not guaranteed on every network.
10. Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Fees and payment

Where services are provided under a proposal or agreement, fees, payment schedules, and terms are set out in that document. Invoices are payable in line with the terms stated on them.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to Booked & Built or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

We provide our website and services in good faith but make no guarantee of particular results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable there.
